Thewlis & Gregson Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage:
Thewlis & Gregson ("the Company") provides a 12-month warranty covering parts and labor for products purchased from Thewlis & Gregson authorized dealers. This warranty is valid both in the United Kingdom and worldwide.

2. Duration of Warranty:
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and extends for a period of 12 months.

3. Scope of Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It includes the cost of parts and labor necessary for the repair or replacement of any defective components.

4. Return to Base (RTB) Basis:
a. The customer is responsible for returning the product to the designated Thewlis & Gregson service center or authorized repair facility at their own expense.
b. Thewlis & Gregson will cover the cost of return shipping after the repair or replacement has been completed.

5. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
a. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.
b. Consumable parts and accessories are not covered under this warranty.
c. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear, is not covered.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure:
a. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact Thewlis & Gregson Customer Service and provide proof of purchase.
b. Thewlis & Gregson may require additional information or documentation to validate the warranty claim.
c. If deemed necessary, the customer will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.

7. Repairs and Replacements:
a. Thewlis & Gregson reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product or components at its discretion.
b. Replacement products may be new or refurbished, but will be of equivalent or superior performance.

8. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Thewlis & Gregson's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

9. Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UK Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to Terms:
Thewlis & Gregson reserves the right to modify or update these warranty terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the Company's official channels.
